SHIPPING & RETURNS

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including return shipping, on orders under $100. 

We ship with the UPS or USPS to all 50 states and US territories.  All orders are shipped with tracking information.

Orders are made to order and usually ship within three (3) to seven (7) business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier. 

If your package/order has been delivered damaged, please contact us immediately at hanna@hhperla.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

HH PERLA is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, HH PERLA is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks.  Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

 

RETURNS

All designs purchased online are made to order, they may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or to receive a store credit towards another design. Returns processed after seven (7) days will be refunded at store credit only. Designs must be in original condition and receipt must be presented at the time of return. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt.

All custom orders are FINAL SALE. HH PERLA does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE. 

You must contact us via email prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
