Refund policy

Items purchased online may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or to receive refund to original method of payment. Returns processed after seven (7) days will be refunded at store credit only. Design must be in original condition and receipt must be presented at the time of return. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt.

All custom orders (incl. custom sizing) are FINAL SALE. HH PERLA does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE. 

You must contact our customer service team via email prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
